小服務員的態度非常好，挺熱情的，積極幫助解決問題，但是酒店領導的態度很差一副你愛住不住的樣子。 房間的鏡子都是正對著床的，介意者慎拍。

Das Hotel ist an einer Starkbefahrenden Hauptstraße mit 4 Fahrspuren. Das Zimmer war nicht richtig geputzt worden. Unter dem Bett wurde wohl noch nie gesaugt. Es liegen Glassplitter unter dem Bett. Keine Steckdose am Bett. Dafür aber zwei am Mini Tisch. Außerdem kann man es hören wenn der Nachbar Duscht.

Ein tolles Hotels für ein paar Tage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war richtig gut. Vor allem der frische Obstsalat hat mich überzeugt. Die Flure sind allerdings recht eng und das man erst nach dem Check-In ins Parkhaus kommt war nicht direkt ersichtlich. Alles in allem aber absolut weiter zu empfehlen

first of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..
